В работе приводятся оценки показателей внешней торговли Дальневосточного федерального округа в 2017–2019 гг. без учёта и с учётом включения в ноябре 2018 г. Забайкальского края и Республики Бурятия в состав округа. Рассчитывается территориальная, товарная и географическая структура экспорта и импорта макрорегиона. Проводится количественный анализ структурных сдвигов, в том числе обусловленных расширением административных границ федерального округа. Определяются факторы динамики экспорта и импорта Дальневосточного макрорегиона.

Estimates of the dynamics of foreign trade parameters of the far Eastern Federal district in 2017–2019 are given, excluding and taking into account the inclusion of the Transbaikal territory and the Republic of Buryatia in the district in November 2018. The article examines the territorial, commodity and geographical structure of exports and imports of the macroregion. A quantitative analysis of structural changes caused by the expansion of the administrative borders of the Federal district is carried out. Changes in the exchange rates of foreign currencies to the ruble, real monetary incomes of the population, and foreign trade prices as factors in the dynamics of exports and imports of the far Eastern macroregion are studied.

В статье анализируется функциональная зависимость объёмов активов портфельных инвестиций стран АСЕАН-5 от изменения режимов регулирования валютных курсов (переход на единую корзину валют). Результаты регрессионного анализа показывают, что корреляция между колебаниями курсов национальных валют друг к другу и к доллару, а также между стоимостью корзины валют и объёмами активов портфельных инвестиций Индонезии и Малайзии не наблюдается. Переход на единую корзину валют также не влияет на объёмы активов портфельных инвестиций Сингапура. Однако между объёмами активов портфельных инвестиций Сингапура и колебаниями курсов национальных валют друг к другу и к доллару наблюдается слабая корреляция. Наконец, для Филиппин и Таиланда координация валютной политики принесёт значительный положительный эффект.

The article analyzes the functional dependence between portfolio investment assets of ASEAN-5 countries and changes in exchange rate regimes (transition to a single currency basket). The regression analysis results show that there is no correlation between fluctuations of national currencies against each other and against the USD, as well as the value of the currency basket and portfolio investments assets of Indonesia and Malaysia. The transition to a single currency basket also does not affect the volume of assets of Singapore’s portfolio investments. However, there is a weak correlation between the volume of Singapore's assets and fluctuations of national currencies against each other and against the USD. Finally, for the Philippines and Thailand, monetary policy coordination will have a significant positive effect.

Статья посвящена оценке взаимосвязей между уровнем развития морского транспорта и ростом масштабов производства экономики Хабаровского края. Проанализированы особенности трансформации морского транспорта Хаба-ровского края в 2000–2019 гг. Изучены проблемы количественных диспро-порций морских портов и флота, которые привели к значительным экономи-ческим потерям в экономике края. Произведены прогнозные оценки пара-метров грузооборота портов Хабаровского края и потребностей в морском флоте, обеспечивающих сбалансированное развитие морского транспорта и эффективную связь с экономикой края.

The article is devoted to the assessment of the relationship between the development of sea transport and the growth in the scale of production of the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory. The features of the transformation of the sea transport of the Khabarovsk Territory in 2000–2019 are analyzed. The problems of quantitative imbalances in seaports and the fleet, which led to significant economic losses in the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory, have been studied. Forecast estimates of the cargo turnover of the ports of the Khabarovsk Territory and the need for the sea fleet have been made, ensuring the balanced development of sea transport and effective communication with the economy of the region.

В статье представлено исследование социального самочувствия населения моногородов и столицы Республики Хакасии. Статья основана на материалах социологического опроса, который проводился в 2018 г. в городских поселениях республики. Оказалось, что жители моногородов отличаются более позитивным эмоциональным настроем и более удовлетворены своей жизнью, но наряду с этим заметно хуже оценивают экономическую ситуацию, деятельность органов власти и работу местных учреждений. Несмотря на это, население моногородов выказывает довольно оптимистичные ожидания относительно своего будущего, однако по сравнению с населением региональной столицы отличается низкой социальной активностью, что, скорее всего, является показателем низкого социального самочувствия.

The article explores the social well-being of population of single-industry towns and the capital city of Khakassia. The article is based on the materials of a sociological survey of 2018 in urban settlements of the region. Population of single-industry towns is more positive emotional mood and, in general, they are more satisfied with their lives. At the same time, the population of single-industry territories has lower assessment of economic situation, of authorities and local institutions and departments. Despite this, residents of single-industry towns express optimistic expectations for their future. However, comparison with the population of regional capital city revealed the lower social activity of residents of single-industry towns, which is most likely an indicator of low social well-being.

В работе представлен подход к выявлению особенностей развития малого предпринимательства в регионах Приволжского федерального округа с использованием комплексных количественных и качественных характеристик деятельности организаций различных организационно-правовых форм. Рассмотрены территориальные отличия структуры по видам деятельности, сформирована и апробирована методика многофакторного рейтинга уровня развития малых предприятий на основе материалов сплошных наблюдений 2010 и 2015 гг. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в деятельности органов власти при разработке стратегических документов муниципального и регионального развития.

The paper presents an approach to identifying the features of small business development in the regions of the Volga Federal district using complex quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the activities of organizations of various organizational and legal forms. Territorial differences in the structure by type of activity are considered, and the methodology of a multi-factor rating of the level of development of small enterprises based on the materials of continuous observations in 2010 and 2015 is formed and tested. The results of the research can be used in the activities of government authorities in the development of strategic documents for municipal and regional development.
