Abstract | The work performed an assessment of the quality of strategic planning in 26 municipalities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), including an analysis of the structure and content of existing socio-economic development strategies; rationing of growth rates of economic and social sphere. As a result, the types of strategic planning of the socio-economic development of the region’s municipalities with an emphasis on differences in their territorial attractiveness (the presence of «growth points» and the prospects for the development of settlements) are identified, which, from the point of view of the author, must be considered in strategic planning at the regional level. |
