Abstract	The purpose of this review concerning the article of N.V. Naumov is, above all, a willingness to help for MA student of the Pacific State University as a young novice scientific researcher much better understand the object and subject of its research, its representative base, very carefully use special terminology, make the conclusions from the study and their interpretation. The author of this review is not a specialist in the area of bibliometrics, but his 50-year experience in the field of research of Russian and international problems of the North and the Arctic, his work in various scientific and educational organizations in our country (including North of the Far East), and abroad give the rights him for this review.
