Abstract | The article analyzes the Russian President’s Decree «On the national goals and strategic objectives of development of Russian Federation until 2024» concerning the development of international cooperation and export. It is shown that the target benchmarks presented in the Decree are based on the expectation of stability or an increase in the prices of primary commodities (which constitute the basis of Russian exports). The author claims that on Russia’s international cooperation & export development can positively affect smoothing sanctions restrictions, risk reduction, gradual recovery and expansion of economic relations with the developed economies. |
