Abstract | Global experience of public administration shows that an important tool to effectively make management decisions, as well as to justify the expediency of public intervention in the economy, is the regulatory impact assessment (RIA). The article shows that in Russia the RIA Institute is in the process of formation. The features of the quantitative assessment of the regulatory impact of regulatory and legal acts projects in the Khabarovsk territory, consistently included in the TOP 6 regions-the leaders of the Russian Federation for the implementation of RIA in 2014-2017, are shown. The methodical approach to an assessment of influence of consequences of making regulatory decisions on the condition of the regional budget based on calculation of its costs and the missed benefits is offered. |
