Abstract | Based on statistical, analytical and expert information, the article examines trends in the main parameters of the labor market as a whole and in the context of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation within the Far Eastern Federal District. The list of studied indicators characterizing the labor market includes: the number of workers aged 15 years and older, the number of employed and the employment rate, employment in the informal sector of the economy, the number of unemployed and the unemployment rate, the number of workers required for vacant jobs, the ratio of dismissed and employed employees of organizations. The analysis period is six quarters: starting from Q1 2023 to Q2 2024. Official publications and operational data of Rosstat were used as information sources. It is shown that the situation in the labor market remains tense against the background of an increasing shortage of labor resources and a decrease in the unemployment rate. |
