Abstract | The work considers the main categories of national projects of Russia 2019–2024 at the regional level. An assessment of the effects and consequences of the implementation of regional projects taking into account regional specifics and financial resources is given. The article shows the development indicators lag behind the planned goals as a result of a decrease in the number due to natural population decline, a decrease in real incomes of citizens, and the preservation of a high level of poverty of the population. The problem of coordination of regional projects with the current federal and regional programs and strategies for socio-economic development has been updated. The impact of the pandemic of coronavirus infection on the implementation of national projects in the Far East is analyzed. |
