Abstract	In the article, based on data of customs statistics, the main trends, geographic and regional structure of foreign trade interactions of the Russian Far East over 2010s were analyzed. The analysis was conducted taking into account the territorial widening of the Russian Far East including the Republic of Buryatia and the Zabaykalsky krai. The factors hindering the growth of trade between the Russian Far East and foreign countries are identified. The impact of the isolation regime as part of the measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus infection on foreign trade in the Russian Far East in the first half of 2020 is shown.
