Abstract This work is a critical «notes on the margins» of «The National Program for the Development of the Far East until 2025 and to the future until 2035» project. This project is considered from the standpoint of meeting the criteria of a «good strategy», the quality of analysis of the problem field, the correctness of the formulation of targets.
