Abstract | Methodological approaches to the development of mechanisms for the adaptation of new technologies for the rational use of regional resources under conditions of the Far Eastern Arctic during the realization of economic and social development of this region are considered. Economic mechanisms of formation of «innovative chains» in the process of development of Arctic resources are analyzed and possibilities of their implementation under different development scenarios in national, regional and international aspects are estimated. The options for modernization of technical and technological solutions in the long-term perspective are considered, taking into account the special conditions of the Arctic zone of our country and its regional sectors. |
