Abstract The paradigm of nature management has gone a complicated way from conservatism to dynamism. In the Russian Far East the ways of natural resources development are always one of the main theoretical and practical problems for the regional nature sciences. However, today this development is insufficient, and it should not be only revised but developed further with taking into account the complicated and fast changes in social, economic and ecological situation. A new conception of the regional nature management could do it.
