Abstract | The paper analyzes the prerequisites for the export-oriented development of the fuel and energy complex of the Far East of Russia. The author summarizes the largest projects planned for implementation in the mining sectors of the complex, the prospects for the development of technological sectors are reviewed: the introduction of renewable energy sources and the creation of a new industry – hydrogen energy. It is shown that the optimistic forecasts of demand for coal in world markets and the development of projects in the industry, accompanied by more than 2-fold increase in production, are contrary to the trends of the energy transfer. At the same time, the negative effects of the strategy for the development of the fuel and energy complex are redistributed in favor of the federal center. |
