Abstract | The article provides an overview of research and governance actions for the urban agglomerations development in the Russian Federation. The main actors interested in the of urban agglomerations development as an object of governance are considered. The importance of inter-municipal cooperation as one of the mechanisms for urban agglomerations development is emphasized. |
