Abstract Discusses the methodological and methodical approaches to the development and implementation of innovative changes in the remote Arctic regions on the example of the study of the Arctic territories and waters of the Far East. Evaluated existing mechanisms and institutional structures for innovative modernization in the studied areas, taking into account their regional and sectoral specificities. Identifies the possibilities of receiving the results of the use of these models, fully reflecting the co-evolution character of connections between the basic elements of a regional structure – man, nature and society.
